A polite notice to our Clients,

We have recently been experiencing a lot of last minute cancellations/ no shows.

Please give us minimum 24 hours’ notice prior your appointment if you cant make or need to reschedule. 

Failure to give us notice or not showing up to an appointment will result in 25% of your appointment charge being charged to your account with us.

If there’s been a number of times you’ve cancelled or not turned up to your appointment we will have to take a pre-payment of 50% beforehand!

Please try and let us know with as much time as possible if you cannot make your appointment.
