A polite notice to our Clients,
We have recently been experiencing a lot of last minute cancellations/ no shows.
We understand that sometimes we forget our appointments or life just gets in the away. However if you could please give us 24 hours’ notice prior your appointment we’d really appreciate this.
We do have a 24 hour cancelation policy and if there’s been a number of times you’ve cancelled or not turned up to your appointment we will have to take a pre-payment beforehand!
Please try and let us know with as much time as possible if you cannot make your appointment.
